Thanks guys.  Yes, i have tried both, but have not got it to work
The diver is foo2zjs  or  foo2zjs-z2
depending where you look.  
I was hoping to find someone who has
one working.

We did have it working on my wife's
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS,  but it ceased when
I upgraded Ubuntu to 12.04 (both LTS).

I have since tried Debian Squeeze, but no joy.  
I have found other sites with similar comlaints.  What I need is someone with a working driver on Linux.

I may have to get away from CUPS which is Apple/MAC software,  and they only look after the bit that suits them.
