they assemble them in Portsmouth
so if something goes wrong you can take it back.
I bought this laptop from them, very nice.

We've discussed this before. It is quite difficult to buy a lap top
without Windows and the the new restrictions implemented by OEMs make it
very difficult to overwrite the operating system you didn't want to pay for
in the first place.
