yes please go ahead - but its a week on Tuesday not next tuesday

Apologies for the delay in letting everyone know whats going on . Its
taking rather longer than i thought it should to get the hall booked. At
last i have the hire agreement and now its the wrong date on it (their
mistake)!

Im quite sure its a typo as i checked with the lady at SJA about the date a
couple of times, but its another thing to get sorted out with them ......
