Hi Pete

So far it's been me and Charlie. Charlie kindly offered to do a workshop/
presentation and I decided to do some preliminary findings out of where we
can go. We did discuss this at the last meeting.

So I'm coordinating booking the room and Charlie the Content.

Anyone else who wants to help promote the event via social media, website
and/or other groups they belong to are encouraged to do so.

I haven't setup an etherpadbutcan do so if we need it. Never does any
harm.. ;-)

 Hi Gang,

Apart from my reservations about trying to get the public to anything new
in Leominster (which I will now shut up about) I reckon the opportunity in
mid June is the best option to give us a chance to generate some momentum
with direct publicity -using the existing contacts listings we use to
promote SFD and also via social media.

Who is producing this event and is there an etherpad to co-ordinate effort?
