[HLUG] Printer config issue /dev/usb/lp0

Hi Everyone

I'm setting on a canon printer for someone and it has its own closed source
driver for Linux. In the config it refers to location /dev/usb/lp0 but in
Mint 16, ie Ubuntu 13.10 this no longer seems to work, so l how can i
reference this device?

Hope someone can help so I can get the printer working again.
