[HLUG] New Phone Battery wherefrom? (OT)

Very good question George. All I can add is that I bought a copy
replacement battery for my Nokia 6310i from a stall in the Buttermarket
and while it's a handy emergency back up it does not match the OEM part
for charge retention.

On a similar note I was able to source a replacement high capacity
battery for my netbook from HK/China for £13 delivered to HR6 and it's a
very good bit of kit so third party stuff can be quality ;)

Sourcing a decent third party battery for a now obsolete Galaxy may be a
matter of trying to use google in non english languages as the market is
likely to be in developing countries ?

Do keep us informed.
