Hi Gang;
In the absence of a new etherpad for this year's SFD event, here is the 
last one we did. For the benefit of newcomers it shows how to use the 
pad to manage a distributed effort at event production and the kinds of 
tasks which need doing right now, soon, and on the day.

I propose that we use this pad for this year, starting below the 2013
