Since upgrading from 12.04 LTS to 14.04 LTS the computer (Dell laptop)
stops for a short  time when starting up and then when loaded and on the
Internet, drops out and requires the password to be put in again.
Is it possible to get back to 12.04 LTS? I have no confidence in 14.04.
Where can I get help?
