taken me a bit longer to set this upo than I thought but please see this

The pad uses Etherpad, where anyone can edit, similar to a wiki, and
revisiosn can be saved from time to time.

There is a chat facility to other folk online at the same time.

Please use this Etherpad (which uses our Odoo install) (all open source and
free ;-) )
