OK on Jessie. I am currently still using Wheezy, and since I have the
disk, I am installing Wheezy on my other (lenovo) machine "Hafren".
What is your preferred  ad blocker ?
I have one on this machine, but cannot remember which one.

Where can I get info on ghostery ?

I note that you  use  firefox rather than iceweasel.
I think that icedove is based on firefox.
