[HLUG] Linux Bug Puts Servers, Android Phones at Risk

A nearly three-year-old Linux security flaw is causing some concern in the security community.

Researchers from security firm Perception Point announced on Tuesday that they had discovered a bug built into the Linux kernel in version 3.8 that would allow malicious hackers to gain root access to devices running on the platform.
