I'm still coming just delayed

Literally there must be over 50 highways agency vans and tar laying
vehicles out ready to do the A49 twixt Hereford and Leominster tonight.
Almost impossible to find somewhere to pull in from Dinmore as a van is
waiting to put traffic lights up or close the road at Dinmore itself.
