Hi folks

Interesting article on the first (and only) time so far that Linux  took
over in the Desktop

I didn't have an asus eee pc I had a another British make (Viglen?) that
annoyingly relied on proprietary modules for the display and WiFi.

It never really worked that well with the fully open source drivers, but it
was a sign of things to come for tablets and Chromebooks
