An improvement to DNT is now available! - https://globalprivacycontrol.github.io/gpc-spec/ This time, the request should be legally enforceable :) It has limited support at the moment though, but EFF's Privacy Badger supports it so that adds it to Firefox, Chromium, etc. o/
