[HLUG] libgtk version/ dependency issue

Basically extract the dpkg info and change the version requirements for
libgtk to the version installed. While it may have worked on Opera in
the thread linked, there's no guarantee it would work with Teams but
certainly worth a shot. Although you'll likely encounter other
dependancy issues which you could just work through the above method
until it "installs".
