Booking early obviously gives you the best choice of transport and
accommodation. I go HFD->PAD, Tube, STP->Brussels
If OK with early starts and late home then its possible to do just a day to
cut out the accommodation, but would have to take a risk with the FOSDEM
schedule; I would avoid that unless living in London though
If doing that then the Sunday is arguably the best as there is a free
shuttle service https://fosdem.org/2023/practical/transportation/#shuttle
