[Herts] Herts LUG Meeting Wednesday 11th May.

Hi,

This is likely to be the last meeting at this venue, unless we have at
least 12 people signed up for a year's membership (£15) by the end of
the evening.

As previously discussed.

1. Get a minimum of 12 people to pay £15 each up front for the next 12
meetings. For everyone else it would be £2.50 on the door. 
If we don't get 12 people their money is returned, and we return to the
pub.

2. If there was any surplus / deficit (i.e rent rise, but see point 4.)
it would be divided between the founder members, or used to purchase LUG
related materials/equipment.

3. The objective is not to make any profit, just to cover costs.
 
4. We would attempt to book the room 12 months in advance, IF at all
possible.


Now, who would be interested in giving a small, for want of a better
phrase, "Demolet" of a particular Linux / Computing aspect that they are
familiar with? Basically just to lead a small demo? What do you think?  

Also if somebody can bring a PC along with IRC or maybe even a Cam on
it?
