In our wonderful democracy we at least have the chance to express an
opinion. Politicians rely on us to keep them in power so, if enough
people shout, they should be listening. The problem is that the other
main party is not much different. Voter apathy doesn't help.

Perhaps a flood of Linux users has brought it down. I won't take the
credit. I found out from Jono Bacon's blog.
