It's back and passing 400 now. Spread the word.

For some reason my GPG signatures sometimes fail on this list. I expect
the list server is sometimes making a minor change to my text. Any
difference at all will cause the signature to be invalid. I'm always
happy to talk encryption to anyone who will listen at the meetings.
