hey,

lets make it a lug site night.

We sort of had a discussion about different blogging and wiki software for the 
herts lug site but nothing was decided in the informal atmosphere.

Set a formal objective for where we want the herts lug site to be by the end 
of the year and make binding-(ish) decisions about how we can get there.
