I was going to suggest a friends company, Positive Internet 
http://www.positive-internet.co.uk/, and their hosted servers 
http://www.positive-internet.com/dolphin/.

But having seen their prices, starting at 95 quid up to 770 quid per 
month inc vat your current deal doesn't sound so bad ;)
