Fair enough (=A320/mon for 600kbps is certainly a lot cheaper than 
renting a leased line!), but I can't see how they can still get away 
with advertising their broadband packages as "Unlimited surfing" when 
it is limited on a daily basis.

Plus they've taken a leaf out of Microsoft's book by trying to sneak 
in a major T&C change without formally anouncing it or attempting to 
contact their customers to draw their attention to the changes.

My suspicion is that if they feel they can get away with it, then 
there would be no reason for them to drop the limit again at a later 
date.
