[Infopoint] What have we discovered?

This is what we did at the Manchester Infopoint, and worked quite well. 
People could see Linux working and we could even reboot the machine to 
prove to any doubters that it really was running off the CD!

I can probably write these things up as a PDF, but I won't be able to 
get started on it until the weekend because of exams.
