Ok, at first when I saw this I thought it was another Nigerian scam 
letter. I don't get much mail addressed Sir/Madam. ;)

Having read through it, I think it's a good pitch. I personally would 
cut the phrase "affectionately known as LUGs" (I don't think it really 
adds anything) and explain more about what the Live CDs actually are. I 
like the mention of BBC 24 though, that will definitely encourage them.
