It's pretty much the eternal debate surrounding wikis. Yes, it's usually 
possible to protect wikis to only allow registered members, depending on 
the wiki engine used, (including the Mediawiki engine used on the 
InfoPoint site). I'm surprised that being world editable would put 
people off editing the wiki - it's usually more the case that under 
maintained wikis become a problem with grafiti. Still, each organisation 
has to arrive at it's own conclusions........
