[Infopoint] Proposing a different deadline date

Hi all,

I was thinking that the deadline date of the 1st for each month seems a 
little inflexible as many of the organisers update their calendar lists 
in the middle of the month. I am therefore proposing that people get 
requested fairs in by the 15th and I will confirm on the 16th. Does this 
sound OK with everyone?

Also, we could do with more infopoint write-ups - be sure to post any 
links or reports to the mailing list!
