[Infopoint] Linux vs. FOSS

I disagree with this. I know I can just edit the page, but I'd like to
get some discussion going around it first.
Some FOSS projects such as GNOME are too specific, but that doesn't mean
we should focus solely on Linux/BSD - there's a great range of FOSS that
will run on Windows (I've already added a link to TheOpenCD[2] on the
front page of the wiki), and this may appeal more to some of the people
attending the fairs. Get them hooked on the likes of Firefox and OOo,
and they are more likely to convert their base OS if their apps stay the
same. For the Cumbria infopoints (when we finally get organised) we'd
planned on showing cross platform FOSS running on Windows and Linux.
