[Infopoint] Infopoint guide

Hi all,

Right, I think we need to begin on some kind of guide to running an 
Infopoint. Has anyone got any ideas about what should go in there?

We could do with beginning to get some stuff written down. I am busy for 
the next few weeks and then I can begin contributing some content.
