[Infopoint] IRC Channel

I hope that the InfoPoint project continues to grow in the ways Jono has
previously outlined. To that end I've set up the #infopoint IRC channel
on Freenode. Please drop by! I would anticipate this channel being
quiet, but hopefully if InfoPoints grow in popularity it will become busier.

I've chosen Freenode rather than the UK LUG IRC network mainly because a
lot people who are likely to be willing to get involved with InfoPoints
are probably already using Freenode.
