[Klug-general] Making live cds with mklivecd script

After a lot of searching around on the web I finally found the answer to my
problem in the form of PclinuxOS.

This distro is a live cd which includes an install script and also comes
bundled with the mklivecd scripts. So i was able to install it as a virtual
machine, strip out all crap (taking snapshots as i went for when i broke it)
and then modify and rebundle it as a live cd.

I managed to lose almost 200 megs of the live cd but it's still pretty hefty
at 500 megs. But small size wasn't really a priority.
All i need to do now is write the tons of documentation to go on it and
record the training videos.

I'm playing with <br>&gt;buildroot and a few other very basic ones as I
need as small a <br>&gt;system as possible. I want to avoid an installed
system if <br>&gt;possible. Have you checked out LFS? That might give some
ideas as <br>&gt;most seem to use a simliar method to mount the file
system that
