Hi all I have managed to Make a bootable ISO image at last :) I used pbcd and with a little tweeking it works great :) now all I have to do is prune my image from 1.1Gig to 650-700Meg I'll let every one know when its done so you can all try it, if you want, I love feed back Happy Christmas all and a Merry new year Stuart
