[Klug-general] New Site Design

I'm redesigning my entire site and that includes KLUG. I notice the 
forums on the other one are not that active (well we do have a mailling 
list after all) so the one I'm playing with supports news, articles and 
FAQs which might be better suited. It's almost complete but if anyone 
wants to have a play before I release it then go to
