In windows its <Alt-gr> + 4, this doesn't seem to be the case in Linux,
I think that you should be able to use an xmodmap command to set it to
<Alt-gr> + 4, but that's only a guess.

A quick google doesn't turn up much; This seems to be a good starting
point though.
