I never did understand quite why Mac's only have one mouse button. I
don't understand what it is they thing it adds to have only 1.
Personally I use a 3 button wheel mouse, and thats plenty. Left click,
right click, and middle click for paste. Technically I don't really need
the middle click, I can chord middle. But its nice to have.

Why then, does apple insist on crippling the device so much?
