Just to throw in my 2c

I use plusnet: http://www.plus.net/index.html

They are pretty good on price and I have used them for 2 years, only
problems I have had have been down to BT and my poor local exchange.
Plus net are planning on offering a phone/VOIP/ADSL package in the
near future and do a one price scheme that gives you the maximum speed
your line can take and they offer caped or uncapped prices.
