Plusnet have good upstream providers too, and they have a lot of smaller
ISPs who wholesale their lines for instance, free-online.net which we
use here at work. 

There are some good reasons to use plusnet over the standard
consumerised providers. For instance, they actually care what their
customers say about them. Which is why you're giving a good review of
them. ;)
