[Klug-general] loss of internet

I've seen problems in the past caused by Linux Format disks with 'extras' on
them. You might be better reinstalling with the stock ubuntu and then adding
any extras you want.

On the times that you have had an internet connection have you made sure
that you've updated the system with apt-get? There seems to have been a lot
of bug fixes since the release of hardy.

Also you say you have 2 ubuntus and 2 vistas - Am I correct in assuming that
one of the ubuntus is labeled as safe mode?
