[Klug-general] Free as in beer

Hi
I tend to brew wine rather than beer and space limits my production
to a few gallons a year.
Beer Kits are safer and I remember a friend produced some ecellent
beer form equal numbers of larger and mild kits mixed. From scratch you
only require Malt Hops Sugar and water. (Campden tablets for
sterilizing equipment). There is a little home brew shop on Maidstone I
think in Hope street. I would be happy to assist if you can find a
suitable "Brewery" ( the hop boiling stage is a bit smelly ). It would
be nice to repay some of the kindness shown to me by fellow Kluggers,
and a chance to exercise my expertise. Cleanlines is the most important
thing,
Rich
