Yes done that a couple of times, Its silly really, only a mug pays
Virgin's List Price. Phone them up for a "Service Review" and you can
usually get what you want for what you want to pay. Havn't checked
what my bill says recently but we have a very strange package.....

Mind you the bank is the same, I know if I walk in I can make
savings... The truth with these companies is that they actually want
to keep you, Worst you can do is threaten to leave and then well you
can usually come to an agreement....

Its really quite shocking how many companies make there price plans up
as they go along....... Its the old story of "Its good to talk...."
Don't ask don't get..
