[Klug-general] MythTV Apple Movie Trailers Fix

It also affects Boxee on all platforms, for the same reason (Apple
requires the user agent (quicktime) to be sent when downloading the
.mov file). I assume an update to the Apple trailers Boxee app will be
out soon. Silly apple.
