[Klug-general] ISPs

Hi.
I have been for more than 3 years with Force9, though I find a bit slower when they were absorbed by Plus.net, though still quite reliable.
They cap a bit, but I think it is a reasonable quality-price relation. You can get unlimited service if you go for the "premium" version
So far I never  had any problem, so I can't give an opinion about their support service.
Also I have been said Zen is a good option, though haven't tried it myself.

I've been with Orange since I dumped Tiscali and I can say with all 
certainty that they are utterly shit. Their service is great until you 
want something. I had my 8 meg connection go down to 30k-50k (modem 
speeds) and it took them 3 months and a visit by a BT engineer to figure 
out it was a problem on their side. I'm now lucky if I get 3meg but I 
honestly can't be fucked talking to a bunch of wankers who I can't 
understand in a country I have never heard of trying to tell me things I 
know in a dialect I can't comprehend.

Still, could be worse, I could still be with Tiscali!!!
