[Klug-general] Be careful with ext4

I had had a debate recently with some friends about the risks of moving to
ext4, your experience seems to add to a growing wealth of terror stories
about ext4 that just indicate it isn't quite ready for the primetime yet.

File system choice is always a fun one, I tend to take the approach of
using the one that has the best understood tooling, which means ext2 and
ext3. I used reiserfs for a while, but unfortunately the failure mode for
reiser seems to be total, where as with abit of patience, some handy
commands and abuse of dd, you can do wonders to reconstruct ext2/3. 

I will give ext4 a wide berth for abit longer. I am sure when it is ready
it will be wonderful, but for now, I'll just watch.
