You see thats just going to start a holy war :p

Personally I don't really care what other people put on a machine, if you
want me to fix it, stick debian or ubuntu on it. Else whatever you fancy. 

But then I use evilwm as a window manager, so any UI "benifits" that OSX
would supposedly give would leave me wanting to kill something...

The joy is the choice.
