[Klug-general] Technical Meeting Saturday 30th July

Would anyone be interested in a short demo on how to set-up a machine which
simulates a poor network environment, such as latency and packet
re-ordering?  I've been using this lately to test our own applications.  I
don't know who else this could be useful for, but who knows.
