Our CTO runs with something called CodeFoo, with is our own implementation of Agile/Scrum and we use it around a development and QA team of several dozen.  

If anyone is interested, he lives in Northampton, but I will try and see if he can make it down one weekend meeting or even easier, hold an evening session in our offices which are 3 - 4 minutes from HS1 terminal at St Pancras.
