[Klug-general] Podcasting Sites

Hi

A question. Does anyone know any good sites that can host and deliver 
podcasts? I've been asked by a friend who is looking around and found 
podhoster.com but doesn't know if they are any good, or if there are any 
better suggestions.

OK also a little bit of self interest here as its my radio interview may 
be the first to go there. :-)

Any comments or pointers will be welcome.
