No, that's still not perfect, and "I only do perfect"...

When you say "asks me for a password but this is the password of the local machine", that sounds like it's asking for the SSH key password.

Can you confirm with

ssh -t administrator at 10.0.100.38 uptime

and see if it asks you for a password?
