[Klug-general] Streaming desktop via a wb page

Me again.

Does anyone know of a solution that would enable a device such as a
raspberry pi to act as a streaming hub for users?

What I mean by this is:

A web page is accessed by a tutor
the tutor can click stream their desktop and media to the pi via this web
page

A student can then request to stream to the page and the tutor can grant or
deny this request.

This doesn't have to be a re build solution - it might be that you have
some ideas of technologies I could use to build this into a full solution.
