Nooo - I get public liability insurance as a potter, for demonstrations
and selling events and having people come to the pottery with a-n (used
to be Artists Network) and that comes to something like £36 per annually.

However, I was wondering about this new 'policy'. So essentially an
organisation which is a of county-funded resource for residents now
insists that any group of people hiring space must be sufficiently
formally constituted to have public liability insurance? That seems
plain wrong.
