It is NW Kent but http://www.orchardsdartford.co.uk/page_2729136.html Dartford Orchard Centre has a nice space .. not sure if there is wifi or projector. But there are ways round some of that ...

Is it too far into NW Kent? There are many coffee shops around at least one of which is excellent (especially the http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g187057-d4024556-Reviews-Bella_Venezia-Dartford_Kent_England.html next to Boots).
 
If it is too far, maybe worth asking other centres and pointing out what Dartford is doing ...
